Our service organization understands our customers’ reliance and need to maximize printing uptime, and utilizes factory trained field engineers to diagnose and deliver equipment repair in a prompt and professional manner. COBALT has a National Service Manager that works with our Western and Eastern Regional Service Managers and 23 Field Engineers to provide the most extensive level of technical skill and support with the widest range of coverage in Canada. COBALT has Field Engineers in every major center in Canada from Vancouver to St. John’s. Our Field Engineers have over 400 years of combined service experience working in the wide format service industry.

How often should you have your equipment serviced?
Every manufacturer recommends scheduled or routine preventative maintenance to ensure your equipment maintains factory level performance. Performing regular maintenance according to our manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule is the best way to keep your equipment working in optimal condition and ensures its longevity. In addition to regularly scheduled preventative maintenance you should also have your equipment serviced when:
